After enrolling, paying, and attended four classes, if you feel it isn't the right fit - for any reason - you can cancel without any further financial obligation. Simply send us an email and we'll take care of the rest.

We understand that starting something new can come with questions - and we're here to make the process feel simple and welcoming. You don't need to wait for a new term, in most cases, your dancer can begin as soon as enrolment is confirmed - or at a time that feels right for your family.
Our classes are thoughtfully structured and capped to ensure every dancer feels supported and connected. Because of this, spaces can fill quickly, particularly in the lead-up to a new term. Securing a place early helps ensure your dancer can join their preferred class smoothly.
Once enrolled, you'll receive a carefully designed welcome sequence - a series of emails created especially for new families to walk you through what to expect, how things work at CORE, and how we support our dancers, so you and your child feel confident, prepared, and genuinely excited before your first class even begins.
Inclusive Pricing
How do Payments Work?
To keep things simple and convenient, tuition at CORE is offered through inclusive, year-round instalments. Tuition is paid in fixed monthly instalments, invoiced in advance each calendar month, so costs remain steady, predictable and easy to budget for.
Rather than term-based or fluctuating costs depending on the number of classes in a month, this approach spreads tuition evenly across the year. It's one less thing to think about - allowing you to focus entirely on your dancer's experience and progress.
Monthly invoices are due at the start of each month, with payment due by the first. Once your enrolment is confirmed, you’ll receive your first invoice payable by internet banking. Setting up an automatic payment each month means your payments run smoothly without anything to remember each month.
Your first payment includes:
💠 A $25 enrollment fee, which covers an enrolment gift for your dancer and all enrolment and administration costs
💠 Tuition for the current month - pro-rated for new students who begin after the 15th of the month.

When plans change:
We understand that circumstances can change. Simply send us written notice by email with 28 days written notice and we'll take care of everything - confirming your cancellation and account closure without any fuss.
