Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child need any experience to join?
Not at all! The Emerald level programme is carefully designed to build foundational dance skills over three transformative years. These classes are perfect for beginners. Whether it’s your little one’s very first class or they’ve tried something similar before, they’ll be gently guided every step of the way.
What should I wear?
For your first class, all you need is some leggings, joggers or shorts and a t-shirt. Bare feet are perfect for your first class.
After your first class your dancer will be fitted for their uniform which will be processed to your account held on file.
How big are the classes?
Classes are kept small to make sure each child gets personal attention and feels part of the group. This helps build a real sense of community and connection with their teacher and new friends.
Can I stay and watch the class?
We understand that it can take a few weeks to settle into a new environment and there may be times your dancer may need your support. Due to space and safety, parents aren’t able to stay in the room during class—but there’s a cosy waiting area just outside, and you’re always welcome to pop your head in for a peek! You’ll still feel completely connected to your child’s journey, with regular photos, videos and class updates shared directly to you through our easy-to-use parent app. It’s such a lovely way to see their confidence grow each week.
