Start from the very beginning
No experience needed.
This class introduces the fundamental positions, basic barre work, and core ballet vocabulary in a warm, unhurried environment. Perfect for adults who have always wanted to try ballet, or who last danced as a child and are ready to reconnect with movement again.
With two beginner ballet classes available per week, plus a level 2&3 class when you're ready to take your next step, there's plenty of flexibility to suit your schedule and honour your goals.
This class is for you if: you're completely new to ballet, you want a gentle and structured introduction to movement, or you're returning after a long break.

For dancers who are comfortable with barre work and basic vocabulary and are ready to challenge themselves further.
This class explores more complex combinations, centre work, and musicality - building strength, balance, and technical refinement in a class that moves at a pace that respects where you are.
Variations and adaptations are offered throughout, so you can progress at your own pace within a supportive group of like-minded adult movers. The focus here is always on the quality of the movement - not just the steps.
This class is for you if: you've attended our level 2&3 class or have prior ballet experience and feel ready to go deeper.

Our adult classes are designed to welcome you exactly as you are - whether you're an absolute beginner, chasing a lifelong dream of dance, or simply looking for a new and meaningful way to stay active. If you're reconnecting with movement after time away, you'll find this a gentle, supportive place to find your feet again.
Wear whatever they feel comfortable and free to move in. Most of our adult dancers arrive in leggings and a t-shirt, with canvas ballet shoes - but comfort and ease of movement are the priority. We ask that long hair is tied back securely for health and safety reasons.
Our classes are kept small and intentional - so that every participant receives genuine personal attention and feels truly part of the group. This is what allows real progress to happen, and real connections to form.
