Not at all! Our adult ballet classes are specially tailored from the absolute beginner, right through to those who are reconnecting with dance after some time away from the barre. Whether you are chasing a childhood dream of dance, or simply looking for a new way of keeping active, we would love to help you find the ideal class to suit.
We encourage our adult dancers to wear what they feel comfortable moving in. Our dancers typically wear activewear - leggings and a t-shirt along with canvas ballet shoes. We ask that long hair is tied securely from the face for health and safety reasons.
Classes are limited to support safe dancing practices and to ensure you receive adequate attention and support.
